I joined the AdamBots to continue learning about STEM and robotics. Robotics has always been a fun activity where I can work with others to create something unique.

What is your favorite team memory?

My favorite memory from being on the Adambots was learning about WordPress with the Digital Media team. It is an amazing environment and it is really fun to learn new things related to computer science.

What have you learned from being on the team?

In Adambots, I have learned the basics of using Inventor, a CAD software, how to work as a group to come up with a robust solution to a problem, and how to improve that solution and mold it to the constraints of reality. I have also learned about how to use WordPress to make pages of a website and how to use the Java programming language.

What is special about FIRST?

FIRST is special because it provides an outlet to not only learn and exercise skills relating to building, wiring and programming robots, but also become competent in other way such as taking photos and business planning as well as working as a team.
