•I have been to seven countries across three continents but have never set foot in Canada

•I wore a robotics shirt every day for a full year

Why did you join the AdamBots?

I wanted to find out where in the broad field of engineering I enjoyed most.

What is your favorite team memory?

My favorite team memory is watching team pride surge as we won Chairman’s twice in a year.

What have you learned from being on the team?

Leadership, communication, and technical skills across several fields and scales.

What is special about FIRST?

FIRST is special because it is entirely practical skills. In other clubs, you might have a mock job interview or design a hypothetical crane. In FIRST, you gain actual funds from actual companies and you solve actual technical problems.
