2026 SASA National Advocacy Conference
The Adambots travelled to their 4th National Advocacy Conference in Washington D.C. We fought for essential funding for STEM education. We met with representatives Lisa McClain, Haley Stevens, John James, Tim Walberg, and Senator Elissa Slotkin. We explained and advocated for the Every Student Succeeds Act which provides funding for school STEM programs and after school programs. We also introduced an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act to give more money to these STEM programs across the country and language in the NDAA that supports STEM workforce development.
