What is your favorite robotics memory? Going to Sacramento California for regional when it is still freezing in Michigan. It was so nice outside one of the girls on the team went out running in the rain. How laid back and friendly everybody was at the competition. Our team taught them to dance during the down times.

What or who got you involved? The science teachers at Rochester High needed somebody who knew how to build things when they started the team there.

Where did you graduate from? Bachelors degree from MSU. Masters degree from Western Michigan University

Where do you work today and what do you do? Teacher Adams High School Teaching CAD and Robotics mentor

Interests and hobbies: Cars, motorcycles, travel, photography

One message for future FIRST students: An observation one of my team members once made: The tough part of robotics isn't building the robot. The tough part is figuring out what to build.
