Linux Machine Tutorial

This member of ChiefDelphi suggested putting up a detailed tutorial on how to get started with a Linux machine. He recommend that we make it very big and easy to spot.

• I've already responded to that -- I will when our tools are production-ready (not yet, in other words). Once you set up a tutorial or other forms of "newbie-friendly" docs, people expect your solution to work flawlessly, and get extremely worked up when they encounter little bugs here and there. I will write documentation on AdamBots-Live for ./configure.py / MCC-under-Linux, and also write detailed Delta Force Co-Processor docs on our team site. -- John Dong
