What are 2 fun facts about you?

I was the very first student from Stoney Creek to join the AdamBots.
FIRST lead to my current job at TARDEC through a competition called IGVC.

Why did you join the AdamBots?

I wanted to come back and support the team after graduating. Also Mike Del Rose is very convincing.

What is your favorite memory from robotics?

Seeing the students get excited while they figure out what they can actually make and get to be creative.

What have you learned from being on the team?

Everyone thinks about things in very different ways, which can make communication difficult.

Do you have any tips for the current AdamBots?

Listen to the mentors and think twice before you start machining something to make sure you understand what you are doing.

What is special about FIRST?

It is a fantastic learning experience that will teach students skills that will last a lifetime, even if they don’t pursue engineering.
