I have lived in five different countries.

Why did you join the AdamBots?

I wanted to help out the team and I had fun when I was on the team! It’s also fun to teach photo and video and it’s a mutual learning experience.

What is your favorite memory from robotics?

I had a lot of fun at Worlds 2013!

What have you learned from being on the team?

A lot of professional skills and how to be prepared for the real world. Especially working with other people and setting goals and getting them completed.

Do you have any tips for the current AdamBots?

Don’t be afraid of trying new things, working with new people, and asking questions.

What is something you would have wanted to do differently to reach where you are today? (career-wise or to get to the AdamBots)

I wish I wasn’t as shy an I had been and had been more open to talk with people and being more confident.

What is special about FIRST?

It’s one of the few activities that actually teaches students professional skills to use in the real world.
